Products

The pieces are made via the lost wax casting method. I carve the designs out of was and the get them cast in the metal of your choice. I decided to make my products made to order to give you the ability to customize and also to reduce material waste. The metals you are able to select from are brass and sterling silver. I am currently in the process of generating a list of those who would like 9k gold to offer it online. If you are interested in having the pieces cast in gold, please send me an e-mail at moryajewelry@gmail.com and I will gladly accommodate your wishes the best I can. We also offer gold plating with our pieces. To do so, you must select gold plating as a product and add it to the cart. If you wish to have 2 products gold plated, you must select 2 orders of gold plating. Earrings count simply as 1 product. If you have 3 items in your cart but only wish to gold plate 1, please sent me a note with your purchase order specifying which item you’d like gold plated.

Another thing to note with gold plating is that with our methods, it works best if the base metal is sterling silver. It will last longer this way in comparison to if the base metal is brass.

With respect to the different metals, it is important to note that brass, when reacting with your skin (moisture, creams,etc) can slightly turn the area of skin it came to contact with a greenish tint. This will not last long and will be gone in a few hours once you remove the ring. However, I wanted to inform you of this so you do not question the quality of our pieces. Also, a tip I have read online to reduce this is to coat the part of you piece (the inside of a ring for example) with clear nail polish so the ring does not come into contact with your skin. This is only a temporary solution but is something that could work for you. With each of our brass pieces, I will send a note about caring for your piece in your package.

Ring Sizing

It is important to us that your ring sizes fit you well. A ring should be snug on your fingers but not too snug. If you do not know your ring size, you can simply take an existing ring you own to a shop and ask them your size. Most popular ring sizes for women are sizes 5-7 which is what MORYA JEWELRY currently offers. However, if your size is different that that range, then we are happy to accommodate you - simply send me an email.

Payment

Any purchases made from MORYA JEWELRY will appear as a charge on your card in Canadian dollars. If you live outside of Canada and have a foreign currency card, the amount of Canadian dollars will be charged to your card with your provider’s current exchange rate. Please take note that buy/sell exchange rates can differ slightly depending on the time your credit card processes the transaction so the invoiced amount may be slightly different than the final amount you get charged. Credit card companies may also charge their own international payment fees – for further information on this, make sure to contact your credit card provider.

The acceptable types of payment are as follows: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. These payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store any of your credit card information. Privacy regarding your payment details can be found in our privacy policy.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact: moryajewelry@gmail.com. A representative will get back to you as soon as possible. In this email, please attach your invoice, reason for return, and date of receipt of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot begin the return process without a valid invoice.

We don’t offer refunds but can offer credit equaling the amount paid for the product before tax, shipping, and other costs. Returns of the item(s) will be accepted within 14 days of receiving the item(s). We are not responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item but we will not charge you full shipping price on your next purchase.

By informing you of the metals we are using, we do not accept returns of products due to allergic reactions. However, please let us know if this happens and we will see to accommodate you.

Shipping

Our products are made to order and will be ready to ship from 1-2 weeks after ordering.If there are any changes to this, we will notify you ASAP. We want you to be united as quickly as possible with your new treasures.

Once your product is ready to be shipped, we will email you to let you know and provide you with a tracking number.

Please note that we are not responsible for any items lost during the shipping process.

Taxes and Duties

Please note that MORYA JEWELRY is not responsible for paying any tax or duties that may be imposed by your country once the product arrives at customs.
